I manage product development and garment sourcing by working closely with a strong network of more than 30 trusted suppliers across India, Bangladesh, and Vietnam. My role involves identifying the most suitable manufacturing partners based on the product type, quality requirements, pricing, production capacity, and delivery expectations.
I oversee the entire production process, starting from product development, sampling, and costing to order placement, production monitoring, and final shipment. I work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution at every stage.
With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, I regularly follow up on production progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure that all products meet buyer specifications and quality standards. My experience in supplier management and production coordination helps maintain on-time deliveries while achieving the required cost and quality targets.
