My role involved understanding client requirements, handling product-related queries, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the development process.
I managed the complete product journey from technical files and design sheets to the final finished product. Along with product sourcing and development, I also handled cost negotiations with suppliers and worked on identifying the right products that aligned with the company’s brand identity and quality standards.
